Oakley XPY Pro-Junior at Fistral

The Oakley XPY Pro-Junior event his heading to Fistral this weekend
(26th/27th September).

This year its been upgraded to a 2 star event and things are getting bigger according to Oakley’s Marketing Director:

Quiksilver X The Standard Hotel

The guys over @ QUIK have taken an idea or 2 from the Japanese vending culture it seems. Teaming up with The Standard Hotel, they have placed machines poolside at 4 hotels, selling their new boardshorts. The shorts feature the new Diamond Dobby material and come with a waterproof bag. Everything you need!

every now & then an ad campaign will make you stop and take a good look, where as you would normally roll on by. NIXON nailed their last one, each image throwing up some random liquid textures into your face. They've captured movement and energy with this campaign and created amazing images with sexy looking contrasting. The examples below speak for themselves...

I've checked it out and must say it's definitely worth a look. Full of inspiring content from fashion show video clips to artist interviews. A good example of a brand connecting with its audience and creating a strong community.
